Registration opens on Saturday, January 24th at 12pm EST. Ticket sales close on April 1, 2026 and all unsold sites get released back to the campground.

Well, we are back for our 3rd annual Bates Motel RV Meetup.
We will be hosting 25 sites. This event is open to ALL campers of any brand! This is not a rally!!! We will have some planned events on and off the campground, but this is mostly just a chance for us to get-together and meet our rv community and have fun!

To be apart of the 2026 event you must purchase your ticket through us. Please do not call the campground. If you do you will not be in the event. Per an agreement with the campground, all attendees must be booked through us. Once you purchase the ticket you are in the meet-up. You will then receive a call to book your campsite.
Refunds are only allowed if we can fill your site, otherwise the ticket fee is non-refundable. Campsite refunds must follow the campground policy.

Meetup ticket fee is $50
Site Rate for the event is $373.00 for the 4 nights.
Personal golf carts are allowed, but you must hold insurance on it and they must have headlights. You will be required to sign the golf cart policy to the campground and show proof on insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: This campground has alot of hills, so if you do not have a golf cart you may want to being your bike.

Meet the Motel Owners
Hello friends! We’re Jody and Heidi Bates, and you might know us as the Bates Motel RV. We’re on an exciting journey in our 2019 Grand Design Imagine, and we absolutely love exploring new places and making new friends along the way!
Back in 2022, we had the idea to start a rally, and now every June, we host the Grand Design New England Rally right here in beautiful New England. It’s become a fantastic gathering with over 400 attendees, filled with great vendors, entertaining activities, and so much fun!
After hearing many requests for a rally that welcomes all brands of campers, we decided to launch our Staff Meetups. This event is smaller but still packed with good times and connections with folks from all over!
You might be wondering why we started these events. Well, after attending our first rally in 2019 and meeting some amazing friends, we wanted to create those special experiences for others. In 2024, we took a big step and established a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, allowing us to turn our love for these gatherings into a way to raise money for charity.
